The Best Essential Oils to Diffuse

Young Living Oil Recipes to Diffuse

For beginners, it could be overwhelming and exciting to make your first essential oil blend. You have 11 oils from the Young Living Premium Starter Kit and it is enough to make at least 10-15 different blends. Bring out the Alchemist in you while discovering the best essential oils to diffuse.

Let’s get started with how you can blend it. Our goal is to make a mix of a few essential oils and use them with your diffuser or even make roller blends for easy reach.

You can either follow the recipes that have been tested by myself and other oilers or you can try mixing it based on your preference. There is no right or wrong way to do it, as long as it works for you. The worst that could happen is that you dislike the scents at the cost of a couple of essential oil drops.

Essential Oil Recipes for Diffusers

Essential Oil Diffuser Blends for Monday Blues

I used to have Monday Blues all the time. A quick fix that I found is to diffuse Peppermint and Lemon together. If diffusing is not an option, a roller blend is what you need.

Next, check out my roller blend recipes that you could do with your starter kit’s essential oils.

The combination of both essential oils is the perfect way to get a fresh, cool, minty, and energizing dose early in the morning. Perfect to get you ready for that meeting!

Essential Oil Diffuser Blend for Mid-day Booster

For a midday booster, you can diffuse Spearmint and Lemon essential oils together. It is so refreshing and as a result, will lift up your mood instantly.

Spearmint essential oil promotes a feeling of calm and refreshing. When added to Lemon, the scents will definitely help to boost your mood after that heavy lunch you had.

Essential Oil Diffuser Blend Recipes for Sleep

After a full day at work, all you need is a sleep diffuser blend. The combination between Lemon, Lavender, and Frankincense could help you relax and calm your mind. Once your mind is at peace, your body will loosen up, and you will have a higher chance of a long deep sleep.

Lemon provides fresh scents, while Lavender is known to support deep sleep and create a calm atmosphere. Frankincense has an earthy and uplifting aroma that enables you to create a relaxed and above all, tranquil environment.

Essential Oil Diffuser Blend for a Good Day

There are 3 essential oils to create a good day ahead. The best blend that I have tried and tested is Lavender, Peppermint, and Lemon. All essential oils have a fresh scent and promote a calm, cool, and refreshing aroma.

This could be the perfect roller blend on the go as well. Just keep a bottle in your bag and roll it when needed. Just double up the amount, add it to a 10ml roller bottle, and fill the rest with carrier oils.

Since I am using Young Living product, you can also see their official guide on creating custom essential oil diffuser blends.

That’s it for now! Happy experimenting!
